Question 1

Do I need to be home for the weekly pool cleaning?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to be home while we service your pool. As long as we have access to the backyard and the equipment pad, we can complete the job. After every visit, we email you a detailed report with photos so you know exactly what was done.

Question 2

How much does your pool cleaning service cost?

Accepted Answer

Every pool is different, so we provide a free written quote after seeing your situation. Factors like pool size, surrounding trees, and equipment condition all play a role. We give you a clear price with no pressure and no hidden fees.

Question 3

Do you repair pool equipment as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer full equipment repair and installation services. Whether you have a noisy pump, a broken heater, or a plumbing leak, our team can diagnose and fix the issue. We also install modern automation systems and energy-efficient upgrades.

Question 4

How often should my pool filter be cleaned?

Accepted Answer

We generally recommend a deep filter cleaning every three to six months, depending on the type of filter and the usage of your pool. Regular backwashing helps, but a full teardown and cleaning is necessary to maintain proper water flow and clarity.

Question 5

What happens if it rains on my service day?

Accepted Answer

We still visit your pool on rainy days to empty the baskets, check the equipment, and add necessary chemicals. Heavy rain can dilute your pool chemistry, so it is crucial that we maintain the balance. We may postpone vacuuming until the weather clears.

Question 6

Are your technicians certified and insured?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We are a fully certified and insured pool cleaning service. You can have peace of mind knowing that professionals are handling your property and your pool equipment safely and correctly.
